Responsibilities
•Compliance audit of corporate policies and procedures of all functions.
•Discuss deficiencies and recommends corrective actions to improve operations and reduce cost.
•Assist in developing audit reports which identifies deficiencies and underlying root cause, provide recommendations to mitigate/address deficiencies while adding value to the company.
•Report internal control issues to management and provide comprehensive recommendations to mitigate the associated risks.
•Communicate audit findings to upper management with detailed recommendations through written reports and presentations.
•Report audit findings and make recommendations for corrective unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations and reducing cost.
•Prepare annual audit plan showing the Parlors/RP Vehicle/Depot to be audited and time allocated for the audits.
•Plan and execute audits in accordance with accepted auditing standards.
•Preparing Monthly stock variance notification of all the parlors (More than 150 Parlors) and its review.
•Verifying Parlor data transfer, sales cash deposit, expiry stock reporting, stock receiving and return process.
•Review of CCTV Footage of the parlor and reporting to Head of department to initiate for further actions (Termination/Warning).
•Conduct periodical audit of Depot’s stock movement and asset movement.
•Perform continues audit of Parlors and RP Vehicle with special reference to stock, cash and assets. Verifying Petty Cash of HO.
•Monitor parlor performance through monthly reports (parlor wise profitability statements, Monthly variance reports and Daily/Monthly sales reports.
•Verifying the destruction process of parlors and warehouse on weekly basis.
•Generating other reports from Oracle Finance ERP for verification.
•Conduct follow-up reviews of deficiencies noted during audits.

•Accounting and handling of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
•Recording monthly journal entries in accounting system

•Perform quarterly audit of Parlors, Cash and assets. Verifying Petty Cash of HO monthly.
