Besides, I manage Ops Teams where we reduced the turnaround, allowing us to provide better SLA where only 2% of the tickets were re-open and the uptime uplifted from 97% to 99%.
JD Consultancy is a leader in the Brazilian financial market providing compulsory applications and services for Banks and Brokerages, where I led over 50 complex implementation projects in compliance with the Central Bank of Brazil, including Global Financial Institutions such as HSBC, Western Union, Standard Chartered, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Rabobank.
I had great achievement using my technical expertise in SaaS and client-server models to leverage 20 successful implementations of the Brazilian Payment System, the most critical application of Brazilian banks, allowing the Central Bank to monitor and audit every single bank transaction in the country.
At JD Consultancy, I had started my career in the internship program and I left as Project Manager.
