Responsibilities:
 Responsible for managing the entire project cycle, managing the projects different team members to ensure that each one is performing in an acceptable manner.
Responsible for all communication between the technical teams and the clients, as well as keeping track of the overall project performance.
 To design and implement the OSP Network infrastructure for the New Hamad Port Project.
 Ensuring all the design and implementation are in accordance with the contractual specification.
 To ensure all the design drawings and documents submitted are with the consultants
review commend “Code-A”.
 To ensure the preparation materials submission and its consultant approval.
 To ensure the implementation of OSP infrastructure intact with the consultant and
contractual specifications.
 Guidance and coordination to the project manager and site engineers and
subcontractors to ensure the implementation follows the approved design and compliance with the contractual specifications.
 Leading, managing and monitoring the design team to ensure the design deliverables within the milestone.
 Preparation and verification of all the technical and functional documents.
 Organising, attending meetings, interfacing and communication with Stakeholders, consultants and project management team on timely basis to ensure to meet the project management process and project progress are within the schedule.
 Reporting the delay, variation identification from stakeholder and consultants.
 Preparation and submission of BOQ’s, RFI’s etc.
 Preparing and supporting the pre-sales team in developing project plans.
 Standardizing project management processes, tools, documentation and templates.
 Identifying and managing potential risks and finalizing the project time plan.
 Managing all project costs-related aspects.
 Ensuring QA/QC of overall project.
 Acting as a focal point between the client and technical team during project delivery.
 Conduct Quality Audits on the Network Implementations completed to ensure
standards are maintained & suggest changes in case of any errors during the
implementation.
 Manage reporting team and high level project reporting to top management.
Major Projects Handled:
Currently managing the Design of Network Architecture Outside Plant Cabling Network
Infrastructure (OSP) for New Hamad Port (Qatar).

2. Design & Technical Delivery of the Structured Cabling Network Infrastructure for
Rajasthan State Data Center.
3. Technical/Service Delivery of the Infrastructure conforming to Tier III standards for
UIDAI Data Centers in Bangalore & Manesar for Wipro Limited (also referred as DCDA
- Data Center Development Agency) comprising of 426 racks at each location including
Server & Network Racks, Electrical, Cooling & cold aisle containment, NOC & SOC,
Staging Area, Storage Racks & Service Provider Network, Security Surveillance, Access
control, BMS & integration with DCIM.
