Responsibilities Handled:
• Preparing/Reviewing of the project plan according to the project timeframe requirement.
•Designing of System architecture and finalizing PO’s (Process Object / Technological Objects). Customization of Block icons, Faceplates in OS part. Designing of system communication.

•Arranging the kick off meeting with various suppliers and explaining the project requirements.
•Ensure key interfaces with integrated project team, Suppliers/Subcontractors and Long Lead Packages are in place and effective. Co-ordination between Client, Supplier and sub-contractors
•Value engineering and designing of the various Instruments and control system
•Reviewing, guiding integrated project/subcontractor for preparation of engineering documentation.

•Arraigning the Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test.

•Ability of oversee all aspects of the safety systems, Instrumentation & controls systems, involving FEED requirement study, project scope, value engineering, quality management as per specified requirements of the projects.
•Designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.

Project Description:
Ekta food corp is one of the corn chips manufacturing company where I was completely responsible for Installation and Commissioning of machine automation and process automation. Designed single pneumatic circuits for machine applications and created the design and details of machine component for pneumatic applications.
Umm al Dalkh project client is ZADCO at ABU DHABI they are oil extractors and one of the oil manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi. This project is sub-classified into following fields for the sake of efficient integration of system they are DCS, F&G and ESD. I was performing as complete in charge and responsible for the DCS part which is developed and coded based on PCS7 software (of Siemens brand). I was responsible for managing the development of DCS part which in brief includes system integration, configuration of network and Configuration of Automation stations and Operating stations. I was responsible for coding (developing the program) plant philosophy according to Operational philosophy provided by the client. I was leading a team of engineers who will assist me in doing the HMI part and other aspects of the project. In this project I worked with the following system in Automation side are hot standby fault tolerant redundant system processed by 414-4H, 417-4H CPU’s accompanied by CP-443-1. Operating System is consisting of pair of redundant servers for storing data; OS is also consisting of two OS- Clients and One Archive server with one engineering station. The DCS part also includes integration and commission of 16 remote well head stations.
Engineering experience with Siemens PCS7 includes:
Designing the System Architecture according to requirement and standards. Systems integration which includes the selection of number of PLC, Communication processors, Input output cards, Power supply and connection between RTU’s. Work with PCS7 includes Creating and managing a PCS7 projects, Configuration of AS(Automation system) and OS(Operating system), Configuration of Plant network connection, Compiling and downloading to AS and OS systems. Conducted Installation and configuration of OS-Servers, OS-Clients, Archive servers, and engineering stations required for PCS 7 platform. Writing PLC programs (codes) under CFCLanguages using “Step 7 Simatic Manager version 5.4”. Developing of HMI screens using WINCC. Writing PLC programs (codes) under Ladder and statement list Languages using “Step 7 Simatic Manager version 5.4”. Developing of HMI screens using WINCC Flex. Testing of PLC program using Simulators. Development of the contract specification and drawings, design of control panels, developing operator interface systems.
Conducting FAT and SAT. Worked with different plc’s like CPU-414-4H, CPU-417-4H-systems fault tolerant and redundant system.
