As an Electrical Inspector I am responsible for Implementation of QA/QC activities in accordance with approved PQP, ITP, Procedures, method statements and other contract documents. Inspecting Audio visual systems, security systems, Home Automation system, Access Control System, Motorised Remote window control. Responsible for complete Quality Assurance and Control of the project, .. Preparing, tracking and updating the monthly and overall project Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Monitoring project schedule and progress, alert project management for potential delays and quality issues to avoid rework and cost of poor quality. monitoring /recording the punch points to identify quality related issues & implement best practices etc
Conduct material receiving inspection, cable laying inspection, and fiber optic cable installation inspection as per ITP Witness and certify electrical, control cable tests and OTDR tests for FO cables. Compilation and preparation of the dossier for hand over. Reviewed the various construction drawings and specifications for the project Administer all the inspections on the hold points such as Hi-pot tests, Transformer tests, etc. RaiseSCR/ NCR against non-conforming products and quality of work. Monitor daily inspection activities and verifies compliance to National Electrical Codes, IEC, QCS, KAHRAMAA
As a MEP Inspector, I am responsible for the inspection and supervision of all the MEP mechanical activities like fire fighting, water supply, centralized hot water circulation system for electrical heating, and solar water heat system, fire suppression system, chilled water HVAC system, District cooling system etc. In addition to this, I am responsible for the preparation of reports of Inspection and Expediting Reports, Release Notes, Non Conformity Reports and follow-up until resolution. Attending the performance of Pre Inspection Meetings, Pre Production Meetings, and Kickoff Meetings. Reviewing the documents and certificates against specifications, requirements, applicable codes and Standards (ASME, API, ANSI, etc.)
As a MEP Inspector, I am responsible for the inspection and supervision of all the MEP mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing activities Ensure that all materials are as per conformance to required criteria of specifications, material submittal and Authority requirement prior to dispatching to site from the vendor of the contractor. Inspection of mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities. Daily site walk for verification of progress on site. Review recommendations on the claims submitted by contractor for variation orders as per site condition. To verify as per site and material submittal for the Power supply requirement for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting equipments & their interfacing with Auxiliary/control systems.
• Inspection and supervision of all the MEP activities like fire fighting, water supply, centralized hot water circulation system for electrical heating, fire suppression system, chilled water HVAC system, District cooling system etc.
• Review and Execution of Chilled Water Pipes, Air Ducts & Condensate Drain, Monitor and track MEP Sequence of Works. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, final fix and Test.
• Targets Project Completion, Start Up and successful Testing and Commissioning.
• Approval of Shop Drawing, Verification of execution of the work By the contractors as per approved shop drawings, Specification, BOQ and Authority regulations for all the activities of MEP.
• Attending site issues and pushing for the timely completion of every milestone of the works at the project as the client’s representative for the smooth functioning of the project.
• Strict verification of schedule of BMS and Authority approved Electrical & Water supply drawings and Supervision of all the MEP works in mechanical plant rooms, and execution of electrical works in the whole podium area.
• Manage the production of BMS shop drawings for the concern area of responsibility.
• Managing the design of electrical system when required, manage the production of shop drawings, material technical submittals, method statements, etc.
• Organising, planning and coordinating the entire electrical works with mechanical, civil and other disicipline including requirement analysis, finalising scope of works as per specifications and contract, etc.
Projects & Maintenance of Transformers of 11Kv & 110Kv. Planning, Preparation of Project schedules according to contracts in coordination with Engineering, procurement, Construction & commissioning department. Assisting, planning managers for resource planning for required execution phases. Monitoring all sub-contractors if any, checking performance &actual progress against the planned schedule, maintaining cost & time control of the project. Maintenance of Generators 25KVA, 65KVA, 365KVA, 500KVA, 650KVA, 1000KVA etc.
Maintenance of UPS’s of different capacities like 1KVA, 2KVA, 3KVA, 5KVA, 10KVA Microprocessor based synchronous type battery redundant system, 20KVA, 40KVA, 60KVA, 100KVA, 300KVA parallel synchronous system. Maintenance of Instrument transformers, Air Break circuit breakers, OBCB, Relays, Contactors, General A check of generators, Transformers, A/C’s etc.
