• Preparation of Bill of Materials.
• Fabrication of piping spool & supports in pre-fabrication site.
• Conduct Hydrostatic pressure test of piping system.
• Here engage in UG piping erection and AG piping erection & fabrication and also familiar
with Holiday Test.
• Carryout Visual Inspection for fit-up and welding of pipe spools fabricated in the workshop
and on-site plant activities for the NDT &Clients QC team.
• Plan & monitor the progress of work according to the project schedule and prepare weekly
progress reports for the work completed.
• Preparation of sensitive leak test for hydrocarbon lines.
• Inspection of spool, Support fabrication as per the latest available drawings.
• Arrange stapes wise inspection as required and get clearance from competent authority.
• Materials Inspection (According to ASME/ASTM).
• Ensure the work is carried out as per Standard drawing required and quality and safety.
• To completion of Isometric clearance/Mechanical clearance and box up as per isometric
drawings.
• Site Supervision.
• Conducting meeting with Sub-contractor to achieve the daily, weekly, and Monthly targets.
• Prepare for the next day planning for fabrication, erection, and mechanical clearance.
• Find out hazards in the workplace and assist the involved in that.
• To ensure the design meets the Relevant safety, Environmental & Ergonomic standard.
• Responsible for Piping, Welding, Oil Storage Tanks, & its auxiliaries, Firefighting, and other
BOP & ROP equipments
• Materials identification as per applicable Code, Purchase order copy and correlating it with
MTC.
• Review of Raw Material Test Certificates (RMTC) as per applicable Codes and Material
specification.
• Review of Heat Treatment Chart as per Material Specification Requirements.
• Witnessing of Positive Material Identification inspection as per applicable Standards
