Managing two multi-functional teams of 190 drivers and 60 Operations Master. Managed transferring operations of 4 new dead trains from ABA depot to LR workshop at SLM depot. Participated in SOP and trained the drivers for using SOP for NOR &DEG &EME operation. Supervised on-ground operation to transfer the fans from stadium 3 times. Role as Train manager twice in the dynamic tests of PH3A & PH3B of GL3. Established performance evaluation system for teams and using data analysis to maintain higher than 95% of achieved KPIs.
Direct management of 10 supervisors and more than 120 bus drivers. Establishing 3 scheduled public transport bus lines from the beginning until the overall ridership reaches 80% in coordination with the planning department. Managed the SM team to Sell More than 5000 PRE-CHARGED MWASLATY CARDs Managed A fleet of 35 buses twice to transport more than 2, 500 fans from the stadium to all parts of Greater Cairo. Develop a monthly incentive system that is renewed quarterly according to the objectives
Operating on Transit Management System (TMS), to implement the timetable of 7 bus lines. Managed the traffic on TMS and modify the passenger information on the app in case any delays occurred. Using Power BI statistics reports to undertake operational decisions to increase overall buses ridership. Define the routes in/out operations and monitor the fleet, so that we reduced the cost of dead KM. Responsible for reply to CS complaints and support the driver to solve the issue.
