quarterly reports explaining the internal audit Dept. activities, participating in
preparing the annual audit plan for the internal audit Dept.
Supporting the CIA to enhance the relationship with the key stakeholders such as
CEO, Audit Committee and Senior Management.
- Managing the finalized audit reports and ensuring they are distributed to respective
parties.
- Providing secretarial services to the Internal Audit management by preparing the
letters need to be submitted to related parties and also scheduling and arranging
periodic meetings.
Managing the medical insurance for the group staff along with coordination with
the Insurance Company. Also, presenting the HR for the initial pricing negotiation
with the insurance companies.
- Managing and supporting the group by providing required employee services such
as preparing identification letters, approving employee leaves, traveling
arrangement, etc.
- Providing secretarial services to HR management the by communicating the
required letters to the group departments and group CEO. In addition, arranging
