The project site is comprised of a single land plot with an area of 1.4 km2. RAM project represents the first phase of Madinah Central Area (MCA) development. The project responds to updates related to the Prophet’s Mosque Expansion project and market studies that have been previously conducted for the Madinah Central Area.

Al Diriyah Gate Development, Riyadh, KSA | Senior Construction Project Manager
Involved in Al Diriyah Gate, Development work has commenced on the first phase of Diriyah Gate Development Authority’s (DGDA’s)
Managing the Construction for the Major Project Al Diriyah Gate, Development work has Built Assets Lead Wadi Safar PMC, Diriyah Gate Development Authority Directly responsible for the delivery of the main project-built assets for Wadi Safar in relation to all infrastructure buildings, focused on the consultant, contractor and operator procurement and project management across all design stages. The projects include the Royal Diriyah Golf Clubhouse, Royal Diriyah equestrian and polo club, retail, mosques, clinic, civil defence, facility management buildings and animal sanctuary destinations with a total development cost of circa 3 billion SAR to be completed in 2023. Working in close collaboration with DGDA Delivery, Development and Design, I have led the generation of procurement documentation, evaluation and appointment of associated design consultants and asset operators as required. Development of required PM process and procedures for all built assets. Project Management team lead for all built assets managing the internal PMC delivery team.
Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Involved in overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Reviewed the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversaw all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Managing the Sabah Al Hamad Corridor
Approximately 8 km of new dual carriageway on Abu Hamour Road/Al Muntazah Street from East Industrial Road Interchange to Al Woqod Interchange and 2 km of dual carriageway on F-Ring Road from Woqod Interchange to Al Jazeera Interchange will be constructed. The Al Muntazah mainline will comprise of eight lanes (four lanes in either direction, separated by a median) with parallel running service roads and auxiliary lanes. F-Ring Road Mainline will consist of six lanes (three lanes either direction, separated by a median) located on a 1.8km long viaduct structure above local service roads. The project will link the Industrial Area into the city, > Connect F-Ring Road to Wholesale Market Street and Mesaimeer Road, > Provide essential access for Barwa City and the Commercial Strip (8 km of retail development).There are four grade-separated interchanges included along the mainline of Al Muntazah Street and one grade-separated interchange along F-Ring Road (where it intersects with Wholesale Market Street). A directional tunnel providing access (east to south) to the proposed new Barwa Development located to the south of Al Muntazah Street will also be constructed. The project will include an extensive network of pedestrian footpaths and cycle ways to enhance safety and access for all.
Assigned as Sr. Project Manager and the Engineer for E - Ring Road
This project is located in the south of Doha and involves the upgrade of E-Ring Road, from its junction with Al Muntazah Street to its junction with Al Matar Street. Approximately 12 km of new dual carriageway will be constructed, and the existing dual carriageway will be upgraded. Three/four running lanes and a hard shoulder will be provided either side of a central median. In addition, collector/feeder/service/access roads will be designed where necessary.

Description: The Salam Resort Bahrain shall be developed is in two phases. Phase 1 includes a 5-star deluxe resort (modeled on Dubai’s Madinat Jumeirah - Mina Al Salam), a conference center (proposed to host the GCC summit at end of 2010) and 6 Royal villas (developed on reclaimed land, which will house the heads of state of the GCC during the summit). Phase II will be residential, with 200 Premium villas located on the existing land area, and 153 Signature villas on reclaimed land.
The Salam Resort Bahrain-Phase II will continue to serve as a landmark development and one of the first manifestations of Sama Dubai’s resort brand.
