The following fall under my responsibilities:
* Verify completeness and accuracy of shipments information.
* Enter incoming/outgoing shipments into the system correctly and in a
timely manner.
* Prepare regular report on replenishment orders and received shipments.
* Plan goods locations and relocations ensuring effective and efficient
storage.
* Supervise timely and proper dispatching and packing of outgoing stock
shipments.
* Ensure proper labeling of items and perform daily stock cycle counts.
* Oversee the activities of dispatching staff/area.
* Providing tracking reports on expired goods by Supplier and Warehouse.
* Liaise between different company departments as needed.
* Analyzing and recommending broad based innovative improvement
initiatives for the 3PL customer accounts with a focus on eliminating root
causes of recurring issues which leads to driving down costs and/or
improving service.
* Focusing on distribution center operations assessments and performance.
* Reporting and analyzing the key performance indicators related to all logistics
areas.
* Assuming responsibility for cost and performance reporting
* Assisting internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
* Liaise between different company departments as needed.
Cost and performance analysis reports.
* Goods Expiry Tracking report.
* Inventory management report.
* Camp administration including staff accommodation, housekeeping and
pest control.
* Fleet administration - overall supervision on Transport/Garage activities,
Vehicle arrangements for staff and workers.
* Follow ups and legal move on unsettled invoices.
* Execute and follow up with government sector for issuance of necessary
licenses and other related documents.
* Supervising of all type of administration work related to set up construction and
building, Trucks maintenance, spare parts, fire extinguisher contracts.
* Liaising with government sectors to ensure issuance of necessary licenses
(Ministry of municipality, Ministry of Transportation, Traffic Police, Civil defense
etc)
* Overall supervision and complete administration of site office works.
* Coordination with HO and all divisions of group including maintaining employee
records, follow up for employee vacations and settlements.
