Operations: Leading day to day Operations Activity
Leadership and Management: Managing and Leading 15 Accounts Managers
Public Relations: Meeting high profile prospects on a daily basis
Data Analysis: Manage the daily activity of the Project data and its progress
Reporting: Ensures Daily Basis On-time Reporting to the Project Head
Responsible for developing, enhancing, coaching, leading and improving the sales strategy and operations process.
- SOPs: Construct the Standard Operation Procedure and enhance it based on business needs.
- CRM: Optimizing the company’s customer relations management to ensure best practice of communication made with the target market.
- BD: Researching and identifying new business opportunities; network growth, footfall growth and partnership.
- Budget control: ensure effective spending of petty cash and other expenses annual budget such as maintenance issues.
- Coaching: Conduct monthly engagement and learning programs to the team’s managers to ensure best practice is applied.
- POs: Ensure purchase orders made timely to prevent any stock shortage on sites.
- Inventory System: Enhanced the inventory system to ensure full control of the entire supply chain.
- Target settings: Setting annually, Quarterly and monthly target based on the base and previous performance.
- Incentive Approvals: distributing monthly incentive to 120 employees
- Overtime and Allowances: Processing overtime and allowances based on the reviewed timesheet and compliance of attendance.
- Managers and staff management: managing and leading 25 multinational managers and 95 multinational staff.
Research and Identify new business opportunities Including new markets, Growth areas, Market Trends, Networking & Partnership and new ways of reaching the Prospects.
- Strategy: Participate in creating the network and expansion plan strategy with the decision makers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Site Identification: Study the market trends around the location and it’s capacity and capability to fulfill the business needs and add it to the pipeline.
- Traffic Growth Analysis: Analyzing the traffic growth within the targeted region; current and future by collecting and researching for future projects or growth or future roads as well as looking at traffic demand.
- Evaluation of the site: Analyze the Visibility, Access, Trading Market and Traffic Volume in details.
- Estimated Fuel Sales: Estimations based on previous existed Station or by the conclusion of the feasibility details case study provided to decision makers with different scenarios including the change of margin, income and IRR.
- Categorize the Sites: KDR, NTI or PKDR.
- Negotiations: Launch the negotiations stage with the owner and ensure best deal is made based on the following criteria; lowest possible rent, longest free period and licensing acceleration process to secure the site faster.
- Real Estate: High Level of Engagement with real estate market includes engagement with the prospects and well known properties owners.
- Contract Preparation: Prepare the lease contract with the legal department based on the outcome of the negotiations and agreement with the prospect.
Conclusion of each daily Transaction:
After coordinating with engineers and categorize the site with the above mentioned categories; full case file to be shared with the line manager to come up with the decision based on the given feasibility study, discussions and negotiations.
