-Interfere if there is a problem with customer the teller can’t handle it and resolve issues with customer's accounts.
- Cooperate with branch manager and customer services to reach high efficiency and effectiveness in work
- Make a monthly matching between real balances and system balances of branch ATM, certified checks, teller cash, and branch vault cash.
- Cooperate with internal control department to reduce the risk in work an transaction.
- Make sure that everything in order even the customers queue system.
- Supervise the outwork of the tellers and Guide them to work procedure.
- Authorize teller transaction and Authorizer of Inward and outward ECC.
- Make weekly meeting to discuss the target on each teller.
