Hitachi Europe Ltd, UK implemented an appropriate internal control environment to ensure compliance with certain requirements of The Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) Act. I was responsible for the following activities:
• Identify the processes falling within the scope of SOX, and ensure compliance of process control with the requirements of the SOx Act
