o Conduct research on potential fundraising institutional partners.
o Arrange meetings with potential partners and maintain existing relations with partners by doing the necessary follow up such as calls, emails, attending meetings etc.
o Support all fundraising activities related to events, corporate donors, and sponsorships.
o Support in preparing action plans, budgets, and analysis reports for programs.
o Support all the arrangements for the programs events by preparing seating plan, agenda, talking points and venue set up...etc.
o Prepare the needed agreements, thank you letters, reports and any other correspondences.
o Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications Department regarding the required materials’ designs and media coverage.
o Assist in preparing the budget and annual action plans for the programs.
o Assisted customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
o Maintained accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
o Escalated complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
o Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
o Participated in ongoing training to improve customer service skills.
