• The VAT Return and Withholding TAX

- Prepare monthly the VAT return and WHT
- Knowledge update regarding VAT laws and policies, changes in the industry, trends and best practices
- Reconciliation of input VAT and output VAT
- Providing information and following up with internal and external auditors
- Reconciliation revenue accounts
- Reconciliation of export and import reports
- Implement the reverse charge mechanism
- Follow up on the reverse charge and make sure it is paid to the tax authority through the monthly WHT

• Accounts Payable & Others

- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Accrual expenses & Prepaid expenses
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Produce monthly reports
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Research and resolve invoices discrepancies
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and SADAD
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Support in bank reconciliation
- Petty Cash reimbursement - responsible and Manage the cash box and the cash holders
- Due to & Due from accounts for the subsidiary co
- WPS Payment
- Depositing cash and checks in the bank
- Follow-up on post-dated checks
- Receiving the cash and checks according to the SO
- Release of receipt voucher
- Vendor balance confirmation
- Planning Cash Outflow Weekly & Monthly based Suppliers Aging report along with Available Cashflow
