*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Correct unsafe conditions as reported
• Making daily and routine visits of sites.
• Ensure that the work permits procedure is followed by all subordinates.
• Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings.
• Put necessary safety precaution before starting any job.
• Monitor all workers if they are wearing safety paraphernalia at job site.
• Always remember the company’s policy, which target zero accidents.
• To ensure all necessary precaution at the job site.
• Make daily reports and submit to immediate supervisor.
• Auditing monthly color-coded system according to client requirement.
• Daily routine check work permit system at job site such as hot work permit, cold work permit, confined space
entry permit etc.

• Prepared expense and revenue reports for physicians to analyze cash flow analysis while interacting with 30 - 40
customers per day resulting in providing exceptional customer service as evident by customer surveys
• Billed insurance companies through the Family Practice Management Super Bill Template by including specific
medical codes to ensure the cost of care was covered by patient’s healthcare insurance resulting in ensuring
timely billing and insurance reimbursement which decreased the processing time by nearly 10%
