Responsible on posting job ads, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, short listing, interview, selecting right candidate, negotiating and finalizing an offer.
Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up by the team.
Develop and maintain Hand book and policies manual including required forms and procedures, and ensure the same is well communicated and accessible to all Company’s employees.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs for the purpose of determining whether changes need to be made to ensure appropriate skills development.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.

Assist in continuously updating the HR procedures and policies.
Work on filing system to have all information and data properly stored.
