Responsible on posting job ads, reviewing resumes, screening applicants, short listing, interview, selecting right candidate, negotiating and finalizing an offer.
 Monitor and review the system of performance appraisal and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up by the team.
 Develop and maintain Hand book and policies manual including required forms and procedures, and ensure the same is well communicated and accessible to all Company’s employees.
 Ensure that all policies and procedures are legally applied and complied with company-wide.
 Analyze and modify compensation and benefits polices to establish competitive Programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
 Manage employee relations by facilitating conflict resolution and addressing employee grievances in order to secure a fair and unbiased working environment for all staff.
 Manage the preparation of the payroll on a timely basis as set by the policies and the procedures.
 Conduct an exist interview to identify the reasons of employee’s resignation, analyze these reasons and provide suggestion for the CEO.
 Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
 Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to current and new staff that provided externally or internally by others.
 Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs for the purpose of determining whether changes need to be made to ensure appropriate skills development.
