In Sadad I am working as Service control center officer, monitoring system, analyst errors and cooperate with department such as Windows, Application, Unix and DB.
•The leadership of the monitoring team for the service control center within 24 hours and the reporting of malfunctions that occurred immediately.
•Created daily, weekly and monthly reports for management using Crystal Report System
•Attend the daily meeting with management to discuss the work and achievements.
•Staff training on the system and stand on their performance and directing them to avoid errors.
•Distribution of work on the staff and follow-up to complete it in a timely manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and trouble shooting of local computers & remote computers.
