Ensure that users’ access requests are processed as per agreed SLAs with business divisions.
Generate consolidated user’s access lists regularly to be reviewed by the concerned division managers.
Coordinate with the security awareness group to develop & deliver awareness programs on specific security topics related to access control services.
Monitor staff training, development plans as well as maintaining the appraisal process.
Assist in developing internal procedure for Access Control.
Participate in testing user profile & system access management before rollout into production environment.
Manage execution of system access requests for ensuring adherence to Access Control procedures.
Escalate any security weakness found in systems to reporting authority along with the recommended action.
Participate in incident response or InfoSec monitoring teams, as required.
Manage implementation of assigned security projects.
Ensure compliance to the defined IT Security policies, processes and procedures.
Document and operate all related key management processes.
Define metrics to monitor the quality of the profile administration function.
Maintain the audit trail of users profile management transaction.
