Project Management :
-Managing IT projects such as virtual job fairs & virtual events for Bayt.com and enterprise clients such as USAID & Taqat Online.
-Managing all aspects of the virtual event from preparing RFP to project execution: interface design, online event marketing, participant registration, booth set up and overall project coordination & supervision.
-Tracking project deliverables and monitoring and reporting on the progress of deliverable to team members.

-Streamlined the division and work flow practices to significantly bring down customer complaints and refunds.
-Managing day-to-day operational activities including remotely coordinating with writers, career consultants and freelance employees to ensure metrics are communicated and met.

Content Development & Online Marketing:
-Actively engaged in developing webpage and marketing content (email campaigns, mass mailers, and online banner advertisements) for new various projects & initiatives of Bayt.com (such as job seeker workshops, ResumeLance, virtual events and client IT projects).
Training and Writer Development :
-Engaging with consultants on a regular basis to mentor and monitor them.
-Overseeing quality of submission by writers and implementing procedures to ensure certain standards are introduced, implemented and met.
-Training new team members on internal procedures, organizational culture and best practices.
Highlights :
-Hired as the Unit Manager to travel to Pakistan and set up the country's first sales office in Lahore.
-Managed the recruitment drive and interviewed, hired and trained the initial sales, support and career services team.
-Played a key role in customizing Bayt.com product offerings and pricing for the local market.
