• Executed 3 MEP and Facilities Management Projects with large Clients like Target engineering for ADNOC, Alfalah School Abu Dhabi for Govt. of Abu Dhabi, and Franco Dragone Theatre for Habtoor Leighton Group in Dubai.
Constructed 5 Customized Residential Ground plus villas for Emirati Clients in Prime locations of Dubai like Mirdif, Nad Al Sheba, Jumeirah, Al Qouz, and Nad Al Hammar.
Main Activities of the job were Firstly planning the project with the Managing Directors while enlisting all the risk factors including Finance, Human resource, Effective and timely procurement of Materials, and client liaison. Secondly Executing the Projects while maintaining financial aspects of the company and Client Satisfaction.
• I grabbed this opportunity to expand my exposure and experience over a wide and most important area of operations, i.e. sales.
• At Future Tek we only not needed to manage the sales but the purchase of laptops and computers, because there is great competence in the markets.
• At this position i learned about different and diversified cultures and values because Dubai is global hub for business now a days.
• Developed a new Marketing plan because we were targeting 5 different international markets.

• It was a very challenging environment to develop a quality management department in a system, where the labor is developed and trained on contract, and quantity based values. Changing the whole work style of the workers was a great accomplishment rather than a challenge.
• This style of work at first resulted in great rise in internal rejection, the customer rejection rate dropped from 40% to 2-5%, afterwards internal rejection rate also fell to the 3-5%.
• Learning of working of induction furnaces, cupola furnaces, and electric arc furnaces, temperature measurement techniques, linings of furnaces, lining inspection, and instantaneous temperature measurement, and lining life analysis.
• Learning of casting defects root cause analysis and providing their remedy, and prevention methods.
• Learning of quality assurance methods, development of quality assurance plans.
• Learning the Planning of resources available including Labor, materials, and financial resources, to meet the lead time provided by customers.

• Learning of basic casting operations like sand quality testing like sieve analysis, molding sand preparation, casting sand mechanical properties testing using compression and shear testing, sand preparation, mold formation through jolt and squeeze machines, core sand preparation, core preparation, raw material testing, alloy development using carbon and Sulpher and composition testing, pouring, shake out, and gating system removal.
• Learning of basic quality control methods like hardness testing, tensile testing, X-ray diffraction analysis, metallographic analysis, SEM elemental analysis.
• Learning of basic machining processes like broaching, boring, facing, turning, threading, milling, and CNC Machining.
• Learning of basic machining quality control methods, like surface table analysis using height gauges, checking the pitch of the threads using thread gauges, and checking the holes sizes using go and not go gauges.
Final Year Project Fabrication and characterization of Ti-6Al-4V bio-medical foam. The material is used to make bone implants for hip and knee joint implants. Using cost effective materials, like NaCl and Urea as a foaming agent instead of expensive materials like Mg and Zn.
