Recruitment & Resourcing
• Ensure guidelines for recruitment - end to end are followed for all positions across dormakaba
• Develop transparent internal recruitment process (supporting the value to lead and develop people)
• Co-develop manpower plans with the business as appropriate (supporting open and clear communication).

• Develop the company recruitment portal (supporting execution excellence)
• Decrease dependency on external agencies through the above point, together with the effective use of market available subscription CV databases
• Defining and implementing local policies related to talent acquisition
• Provide market intelligence about our industry as well as related industry (e.g. competitors' ramp up plan, employer branding, recruiting and C&B bench mark, retention plan, etc.).
• Research and obtain market reports regards to C&B and provide feedback to the business.
• Provide a dedicated support link to regional HR teams / country managers in relation to market specific requirements such as nationalization programs
• Responsible for all regional HR marketing activities and ensuring that all recruitment processes are aligned with the dormakaba employer branding.





Employee Relation & Engagement:

• Responsible for Employee Engagement Plans, share them with the HR Director for development and approval.
• Employee retention, listen to their concerns and work on their motivations.

• Supported employee driven fun initiatives such as Family get together, Birthday celebrations, theme events and festival celebrations.
