Set monthly offers and merchandising (merchandising: cross-offers, seasonal-kits, )
Coordinate with stores managers (merchandising, target, offers, …)
Organize, supervise, and control the execution of the category's strategy and policies
Coordinate with other departments (accounting, finance, IT, logistics, …)
Develops and manages private label and or store brand products
Measuring GMROI and TOS for the whole category and trying to lower cost and raise profit
Responsible for the excess in stock
