I was assigned to establish an Accounting & Finance Department, and to implement a new Software for the Company and a new Chart of Accounts and to hire the Accounting Staff and to integrate all the previous data into the new system.

I was assigned as "Financial Controller and i was acting as "General Manager" and i was responsible for the whole management of the Company
as a Financial Controller i was responsible for the smooth running of the Accounting Department, Supervising the Accounting, staff, Preparation of all the Financial Statements: Receivables and payables, follow-up of the collection of all the Debts (Outstanding Premiums), Preparation of Master Budgets and especially the Cash Flow Budget. Follow-Up of all the matters related with the Banks & Any other Financial Institute.
As a General Manager i was responsible for all Administrative and Personnel Matters and Concluding all the contracts, and to follow up the customer requirements, and to increase the turnover of the maintenance income generated from the maintenance contracts, and to decrease the cost and the expenses and to deliver the best quality of services to the customers.
Responsible for the smooth running of the Company, Supervising the Administrative & Technical Staff, Personnel Management, Shifts, Vacations, Remuneration, Improvement of the staff performance
(Training sessions) Setting of Marketing & Sales Policies, Collection Policy of all the Contracts, Forecast of Production, Personnel, Cash Flows, Budgeting
