• Manage the operations of the Virtual Office in Tornado Tower branch with a diversified portfolio of local and international clients.
• Responsible for promoting the Virtual Office services in the local market, identify new prospect clients and sell Virtual Office packages based on clients’ needs as well as assisting in the sale of Serviced Offices.
• Develop a strategic plan to build and strengthen the Virtual Office positioning and ensure attainment of company sales targets and profitability.

• Plan yearly marketing strategy for Beauty Franchise department, which includes brands L’Occitane and Molton Brown, in coordination with the regional office and the defined annual objectives.
• Define the marketing budgets covering various corporate above the line and below the line promotional activities in accordance with sales objectives.
• Organize and manage marketing communication activities including sales promotions, product launch, in-store activities, mall animations and loyalty program.
• Coordinate with regional office commercial team, logistic and accounting departments as well as the shop floor team to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities, store animations, and availability of stock.
• Ensure brand exposure and visibility through strong Public Relation plan and Media Coverage on social and print media. Organize monthly events for local media to introduce new products and recent launches.
• Carry out local market research, assessing customers’ needs, brand positioning, monitor competitors activities and evaluating market campaigns.
• Periodically review and analyze the results and suggest corrective action plans if necessary.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing plans achieved, assessment on activities implemented, ROI and revising targets.
• Report directly to the purchasing manager, assist with the selection for houseware, tableware, small electrical appliances, bed linen, bathroom accessories and textile sections.
• Ensure product volume and order flow are optimized in order to achieve target sales objectives.
• Maintain balanced inventories and reduced material shortage.
• Participate in evaluating profitability for in-season sales, financial and inventory performance and suggested adjustments.
• Contact suppliers to arrange promotions and special in-store activities as well as resolve any arising issues (miss deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies).
• Supervise the vendors’ team and merchandise assortment.
• Use (Navision) ERP system to create purchase orders and various reports to check stock and sales analysis.
• Led the launching campaign of MONOPRIX supermarket and Home&Deco department store in the Syrian market (Creation of the slogan, characters, themes, advertising message as well as the selection of communication vehicles in line with the targeted segments).
• Responsible for the development and implementation of annual marketing plan. Follow up and monitor the execution of marketing activities and coordinate with other departments to ensure all communications are prepared by the agreed deadline and within budget.

• Organize and monitor the advertising & promotion plans and marketing campaigns for the imaging department, particularly Canon and Kodak brands, according to the allocated budget.
• Ensure the execution of marketing activities and communications is in line with assigned brand guidelines.
• Held a major role in repositioning Canon brand in the Syrian market, expanding brand awareness and increasing sales volume.
