To oversee and perform client recruitment initiatives for project duration and coordinates with various requisitioning heads of the client company in carrying out and meeting talent acquisition initiatives. Reports directly to Regional Talent Acquisition Head and local HR Head.

Supervise and provide guidance to the staff of the Human Resource Department including those other employees who may be assigned to the department in the future in line with existing policies and procedures of the client.
Advise the client and leadership team on employee compliance with human resource policies and procedures and labor laws; carrying out employee relations and organizational objectives; perform such other functions as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Responsible for ensuring continuous supply of quality talents by supporting the end to end Talent Acquisition infrastructure including searching, attracting, assessing and selecting candidates up to on-boarding and integration strategies and practices for both short and long term requirement of the organization. Responsible for team budget management, data analytics, assessment tool management. Accounts handled: Finance, Sales, Manufacturing Operations.
Closely works with H.I.R.E. Inc. resourcing team in connection with recruitment, comp&ben negotiations and onboarding-related initiatives. Target executive search projects for clients and entails selection of candidates based on client’s position, requirements and job criterion. This entails headhunting, name searches, shortlisting and interviewing of managerial and executive level candidates.
Closely works with PMPMI HR team in connection with Recruitment and Onboarding-related initiatives. Target recruitment projects entail on-site and off-site selection of candidates based on client’s competency library and job criterion.
Closely worked with management and the staff on the following: Conducted organizational review. Proposed new organizational structure and new job descriptions for each new position. Proposed salary scale for organization based on the client's vision of the company. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the client. Formulated and implemented sales training policies and procedures, training programs, and worked with client on the career paths of their staff. Key driver in analysis, development, review and evaluation of human resources systems, processes and services, including consultation, information collection, analysis, evaluation, formulation and reporting. Developed HR staff for the company. Spearheaded the creation of their employee profiles and compliance with company and government records requirements. Conducted Employee Relations, Grievance Committee, Disciplinary Measures duties.
Under general direction, the role has two components: Global Information System (GIS) and consulting support. On the GIS perspective, the role has 3 key components: job matching and evaluation support, research/cost of living/other mobility products information, and marketing of the Mercer Total Remuneration Survey (TRS). On the consulting front, the role is centered around providing analytical or club survey support.
Under general direction, responsible for managing employee relations programs including: employee development and training, civil service ordinance administration, equal employment opportunity/affirmative action, and employee assistance. Performs related duties as required.

The BSc Psychology Program is designed to provide students with a Biopsychosocial Model in the study human behaviour. This holistic approach gives students the unique perspective of analysing, interpreting and exploring the dynamics of human behaviour utilizing concepts in the areas of biology (neuro-anatomy), psychology and sociology. The Department of Psychology is a progressive curriculum and research program that offers students the distinct and innovative/ dynamic opportunity to excel in the practice of psychology in the fields of industrial/organizational, educational and clinical settings. Program Intended Learning Outcomes In taking part in the programme, students are expected to achieve a holistic view of human behavior embodied in the Biopsychosocial Model of Psychology. As such upon completion, students will understand the dynamics of human behavior in the diverse setting set by the different fields of Industrial/Organizational, Educational and Clinical Psychology.
