Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Payable: * Review documentation and get necessary appraisal.
* Applying the company policy and signature authorization.
* Charge to accounts.
* Recording the general entry.
2. Preparing necessary analysis for G/L account monthly (Purchase,
Supplier advance, cash fund, and personal accounts)
3- Quarterly issuing G/A expenses and selling expenses analysis
4- Controlling on local Supplier account, analyzing suppliers account
5- Account Receivable: * Record invoice and collection in A/R system & agree with G/L monthly
Preparing A/R analysis report by customer group, by aging.
* Oversees accounts receivable collection from individual or institutio
6- Enter notes receivable voucher on Oracle system and allocated it on
Invoices.
7- Received the withdrawal bills and deliver to customer and follow up
Collection bounced bills with collection dept.
8-Fixed Assets:
* Update fixed assets register by applying all necessary procedure and
Company policy.
* Issuing fixed assets card, record in fixed assets system.
9- Preparing schedules and necessary analysis for internal and external
