Budgeting & Cost Control

•Assist in the preparation of General Services’ budget using inputs, actual expenses data, records, and financial performance versus the budget so that the department is aware of anticipated costs and savings.
•Ensure unsatisfactory performances are identified and potential improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
