- Managing P&G portfolio across the COOPs channel. In Charge of a 20% Weight Of Business (WOB) of COOPs channel.

-Crafting and Deploying key initiatives and launches including Brand Awareness, line segment addition catering to increase market share.
-Negotiating the annual agreements (contracts) with full ownership on budget.
-Initiating JBPs with clients & implementing shopper based designs in the Unit accounts.
-Managing the involvement of the sales team with the cross functional teams & ensures alignment at all fronts.
-Preparing a detailed training calendar for the sales
team to improve their capabilities based on their
success drivers.
-Close co-operation with the Trade Marketing team to
design upcoming business plan and activation.
-Managing the business portfolio across the COOPs & Key Accounts channels.
-Implementing Sales Fundamentals including
distribution, shelving, merchandizing, & pricing
principles.
-Accountable for the achievement of sales target &
ensure business fundamentals across accounts.
-Developing new & unexploited business potentials. Leading & supervising a team of 19 personnel (sales reps, merchandisers & promoters).
-Organizing, and leading several negotiation plans and contract signings.
-Following up on Logistics and cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of targets.
- Achieved sales growth target Vs SPYA.
