My responsibilities are to manage and follow up all activities related to Imports and Imports Planning, including Landed cost, Cost reduction, Price Negotiation, Re- Import Export, Maintain inventory of all Imported Raw Material as per company SOP. Developed processes to enable suppliers to identify problems in their production schedule to improve on-time shipping, and reduce problems with planning Discuss with shipping companies freight rate of all FOB & Ex-work shipment
Worked as an Import Officer in English Biscuit Manufacturers Pvt Ltd from May 2007 to Oct 2011. My responsibilities was to manage and follow up all activities related to Imports and Imports Planning, including opening Lcs and retire documents, Landed cost, follow and check clearing agent bills, track and follow all import shipment, to make purchase order and send to supplier for order confirmation, Re- Import spare part machinery and raw material to supplier, and discuss with shipping companies freight rate of all FOB consignments, arrange insurance for of all import shipment, consignment ship to bond ware house and clear as per requirement, follow up all security deposit from shipping companies

➢ Positing Remittance to receive from Singer stores and Dealers and reconcile EDP deptt.
➢ Open Bank Accounts in different Location
➢ Pre Audit Shop & Dealer sales report
➢ Control & Monitoring Shop and warehouse expenses, and Parts Inventory
➢ Working for Branch & Head office Accounts
➢ Monitoring the allowances providing to Store Managers including commission, Bonus
➢ Preparation monthly and quarterly Sales & Remittance Report as per required
➢ Asst. Finalization of Accounts
➢ Preparation cash flows monthly basis
IMPORTS RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Preparation of Letter of credit form from various bank
➢ To retire documents imports goods
➢ Negotiation for Forward cover
➢ Amend LC for various clause
➢ To prepare Encashment certificate for FOB consignment
➢ To prepare monthly report for Import Purchase
➢ Discuss with Product Managers about shipment Schedule, queries of L/C's, FOB & C&F Price
➢ Coordination with Inventory department and ware houses about different products
➢ Coordination with clearing Agent about Custom Duties, and arrival of shipment,
➢ Preparation of Landed Cost
➢ Preparation of Indemnity bond for into bond, and Bank guarantee
➢ To check clearing Agent Bill as per Approved Rate.
