•• To ensure that each client receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and accessible environment, this includes greeting and acknowledging every client.
• To ensure I am compact with ideas, knowledge and suggestion whenever clients are in need.
• To conduct floor walk first thing in the morning to make sure I carry on company’s outstanding standards everyday.
• To ensure we have enough items to present to clients.
• Responsible to answer any queries from my superiors and head office personnel through mails and calls.
• To monitor the best seller and slow moving items and to be highlighted as one of the point of sale.

• To entertain clients at all times once they are inside the store.
• To conduct client visit once it requires by the company for design and concept ideas.
• To ensure that I promote the brand of the company beyond expectations.
• To ensure I deliver what our client demands and my company’s expectations
