Work as SMP/SSC under Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) for Shaybah NGL Program, Increase Gas Handling Capacity Project (Package 4).
Provide project site coordination and planning for effective execution of construction activities.
Ensure contractor compliance with plans, specifications, methodologies and installation in compliance with Saudi Aramco and applicable standards.
Oversee and facilitate contractor shop fabrication and field installation of UG and AG plant piping system.
Perform pipe inspection from material receiving, storage and handling, installation, welding, NDE, punch listing, internal cleaning, hydro testing, lay-up and re-instatement.
Oversee and facilitate hydro testing activities of the contractor.
Resolve construction queries of the contractor.
Provide technical direction to the contractor.
Interface with QA/QC personnel to address quality issues.
Acquire a detailed understanding of the project scope, construction sequencing, HSE requirements and project schedules to support in timely completion of project.
Participate in project meetings to discuss construction status, progress, and schedule.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports as required.

Responsible for the operation, monitoring and maintenance of TRINOMA Mall Electro Mechanical Equipment. (e.q. Centralized Air-conditioning System and Accessories (Ice Thermal System), Substation Equipment and Paraphernalia, Generator System and Accessories, Pumps, Fans, Fire Protection System, Utilities, etc.).
Supervise all building related activities such as equipment operation and monitoring, preventive maintenance activities, and other technical activities of the facility.
Ensure that all equipment and machineries are well maintained and housekeeping is well kept.
Supervise and quality control all works and activities of all technical maintenance personnel.
Monitor all building utilities such as air conditioning, power, telecom, water, STP, etc.
Submit innovations/recommendations to the client that would either reduce consumption of electricity, water or improve the working environment of the personnel.
Attends problems and concerns of the merchants
Overall management of Engineering and Maintenance Department.
Responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of Columbia Center (Duty Free Fiesta Mall, Philippines).
Identifies and implements repairs and improvements on the facilities.
Planning and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance Program of all electro mechanical equipment of the establishment. (Centralized Air-conditioning unit, 5000 KW Gensets, Pumps, etc.).Work with suppliers to implement improvement opportunities to increase equipment efficiency and safety and to reduce engineering downtime.
Ensure that the establishment follows existing laws and necessary regulations.
Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the establishment. Prime duties to prepare necessary permits, prepare and submit quarterly report to DENR (Self-Monitoring Report) and monitor Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Implement installation of HVAC, piping, fire protection system and other utilities.
Prepare schedule of works and do materials and manpower planning.
Take-off, estimation and preparation of materials requisition.
Monitors materials quantity and ensure that the materials installed are in compliance with the specifications of the project.
Efficient planning and optimum utilization of Material and Manpower.
Coordinate with other technical disciplines, costumers and construction personnel for effective execution of works.
Make progress report and do progress billing.
Ensure quality and consistency of work and ensure that the project is completed on time.
Prepares design revisions, drawings and other documents in support of construction operation.
Monitors labor and material cost per project.
Evaluate subcontractor’s billing.
Prepare As-Built Drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manuals of the equipments installed.
Safety Practitioner. Ensure that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.
• Production Monitoring, Loss Measurement, Analyze breakdown or equipment failure using why-why analysis, Ensure quality of product produced, Create Plant Maintenance calendar, Implement Plant Autonomous maintenance, Do Study and create rules and principles of every machine.
• Project Implementation and site supervision. Perform material take-off. Prepare daily activity schedule and do progress report. Ensure quality and consistency of job. Attends construction meeting and coordinate with other contractors. Implement safety practices and motivates workers to observed safety all the time in the work premises.
