●Responsible for Corner 1 Logistics (Dubai Warehouse, Italian and African) Warehouse.
●Planning the Outbound shipments ( Dubai, Schenker, Hellman Italy)
●Considering the best prices, Quality, Availability, Reliability, Selection variety and support while choosing the suppliers and merchandises.
●Arranging the logistics for all import and export shipments as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase orders.
●Using as many sources to find out about the potential suppliers.
●Work independently with regional sales manager and customers to obtain, organise and prioritize sales orders.
●A key member in sales and Operations planning process. Liaise with sales and supply to finalize the forecast.
●To inform the Sales Team about the Type of Container Required.
●Negotiating with various freight forwarders for getting the Transport charges for ( CIF / CFR / DDP ) shipments with the compatible rates and best sailing time.
●Managing together with the WH staff and various forwarders to get the Vessel Details, Loading Date and the Charges.
●Following up on the shortages with the Purchase Team.
●To get the Shipments Ready and making sure they are Sailing in Time.
●Order planning, Time Management with the Sales and the Warehouse Team.
●Problem solving for the Warehouses.
●Preparing Weekly and Monthly planning forecast and IDF inspection forms.
●Streamline and Aligning the process with the Warehouse and Sales Team.
●Organising and reconciling the stock by conducting stock count and maintaining inventory control.
●Getting the COO ready together with arranging the inspection for shipments.
●Stacking and Stuffing of the pallets to avoid shipping empty or half-loaded containers to the customers results in reducing cost and boosting customer satisfaction.
●Handling of the purchase and logistics.
●BMS (Business Management system) based on ERP.
●Monitoring and managing of inventory of Cars/Trucks Tyres, Car Spare Parts and Batteries across all distribution centres.
●Online WPS Transfers, Online Telegraphic Transfers (OTT).
●Generating Sales and Purchase Invoices.
●Following up with the clients and banks.
●Conducting Annual Audits.
●Finalising the and Submitting the Audit Reports for Banking Facilities.
●Dealing with Banks and following up on the clients for generating Cash flows for the company.
●Arrange and schedule the supply and logistics of Devices and invoices of customers.
●Assign delivery to couriers electronically according to schedules and route plans.
●Provide solutions to the problems and to make sales at front desk office and handle billing as well.
