Role:
Manage and coordination of BIM Models by using Revit and Nawiswork manage.
Prepare validation reports for submissions highlighting Project BIM delivery, structure, geometry, COBie data, design clashes and 2D output accuracy.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of 4D BIM Construction sequence / progress reporting through 4D comparisons.
Perform reviews and support the Project delivery team to improve the quality of BIM/Design outputs.
Level of Detail (LOD) and Asset Information Model (AIM) requirements.
Perform QA/QC for WIP and milestone BIM package submissions in accordance with Project standards.
Monitor and report on the development of an acceptable interference free / coordinated BIMs.
Prepare own discipline model and/or content for internal BIM review/coordination meetings.
Experience with British BIM Standards PAS1192 and BS1192.

Designation: BIM Revit Architectural Modeler

Role: Modeling, Detailing drawings in Revit Architecture and Scheduling and quantity take off.
Handling high rise residential, shopping malls, hotels and metro rail design drawing.

Experience in Façade Detailing which includes detailing of curtain wall systems, structural glazing, Frameless partitions, spider glazing, ACP cladding and skylights. Involved in façade modeling in 2d and 3d by using BIM Revit.

Role: Handled residential and commercial building Architectural shop drawings including PRINCE SALMAN SCIENCE OASIS Riyadh, ATTURAIF DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Riyadh, KING ABDULLAH PETROLEUM STUDIES & RESEARCH CENTER in Riyadh and JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT in Mecca.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To prepare shop drawings and as built drawings in a format agreed with the consultant.
To ensure accurate coordination of all services and disciplines in project drawings.
To ensure that modifications of drawings are clearly identified in subsequent revisions.
To keep up-to-date with development in CAD and related software.
Support the Contract Administrators and perform contract duties

Work experience in Revit Architecture:

Expert in modeling for construction.
Prepare contract drawings, schedules, details and sketches from conceptual design through to construction.

Role: Handled outsourcing projects including HMC Hospital Qatar and Cultural Village Project (CVP) Doha,
Qatar and different types of commercial projects.



Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepared detailed technical drawings and plans of buildings by coordinated with structural, electrical and mechanical shop drawings using Auto cad software.
Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings using Auto cad and other related software.
Design drawing 3d presentation by using Revit architectural software.
Occasional visits to construction sites to compile measurements as necessary.
