Lead and monitor the subcontracting works i.e. (Firefighting and life safety, security systems, lifts, BMS, gas, watertreatment, UPS, barrier, pest control, sewage and west management etc.
Following up with service provider all Calibration pressure gauges and equipment's.
Submitted monthly service FM report to the client.
Preparing cost estimation and BOQ for any existing modification works.
Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered toso that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

Responsible for all Emaar-Projects organizing, planning and forecasting the essential services across the UAE.
Manage the process of reviewing subcontractor's scope of work, renewing the A.M.C's whilerecommending changes whenever needed.
Manage the hand over, snags list, and NOD'S for the newly constructed projects.
Contribute and assist the General Manager identifying the optimum structure for the projects so thatresources can be arranged accordingly.
Conducting surveys, prepare, and present the estimation reports including i.e. (staff structure, estimationsheet, yearly budget, cash flow report).
