Lead the Company’s Finance & Accounting Team.
Oversee all company accounts and investments.
Ensure budgetary controls and variance analysis by individual departments and the organization.
Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
Oversee banking activities including, but not restricted to regular banking, bank reconciliations, bill discounts, periodic loan/working capital repayments etc.
Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants, cashiers and financial assistants.
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
Conduct pre-audit programs before year end audit and collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.
Report to the CEO with timely and accurate financial information.
Assist the CEO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.
Review of performance of individual doctors/departments from financial aspect and report excess/performance to the CEO from time to time.
Review and analyze various reports in the software system.
Contribute and coordinate in project costing/appraisals for future projects.
Responsible for VAT returns, refunds & transfer of all bank payments.
Assessing organization performance against the annual budget and company’s long-term strategy.
Developed tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
Engaged the board finance, audit, and investment committees around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery.
Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management.
Participating in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution.
Maintaining capital budget.
Assisting in development of financial planning and analysis exercises/reports.
