•Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
•Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
•Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
•Coordinate and follow up with PRO for visa processing of candidates and medical procedures.
•Preparing new employee files, Offer letters, Salary certificates, Final settlements, no dues certificates.
•Payroll management, preparation and payment by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
•Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
