• Attending all the meetings in the absence of Director of Security.
• Making the monthly duty roster.
• Making the monthly security training plan and submitting it to Training Dept.
• Making the Security Monthly End Report and submitting it to Director of Security.
• Responsible for updating the hotel Car Park system and making sure that all the bays are allocated correctly.
• Supervising Security Personnel.
• Making sure that Security Policy & Procedures are in place.
• Conducting regular training for the security personnel.
• Liaising with the government units.
• Handing over the Valuable Lost & Found items to Dubai Police.
• Following up with the pending investigation & Reports.
• Reacting to emergency situations.
• Assisting Director of Security in updating policies and manuals.
• Working together with members of Div./Dept. heads to maintain the highest security standard in the hotel.
• Holding security department meeting with supervisors and guards.
• Meeting on daily basis with Director of Security after meeting with RM.
• Keeping good relationship with Police and Civil Authorities.
• Walking through the hotel and making sure that everything is fine.
• Making sure that all reports are presented with all the facts and great accuracy.
• Following up with the supervisors and CCTV controllers monthly tasks.
• Reporting to Director of Security and in his absence to Resident Manager.
• Reviewing security department daily occurrence log book.
• Making sure that the El Safe PC & Ving Card Pc are working properly and their back up is ready.

Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for daily briefing and inspection of security team.
• Responsible for training of the team as per monthly schedule.
• Responsible for dealing security issues as per Hotel policy and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining lost and found record as per Hotel policy.
• Responsible for maintaining out going slips record as per Hotel policy.
• Responsible to report any abnormality in CCTV cameras during operation to Security Director.
• Responsible to raise Incident reports of Damaged Hotel cases.
• Responsible to raise Incident report of missing property cases in the hotel.
• Responsible to submit Monthly incidents report summery to Director of security.
• Responsible to submit Lost and found and out going slips records to Director of Security on end of the month.
• Responsible of training for CCTV controllers time to time as per operational requirements.
