I am a solution Architect and a key member of the implementation project team. I am responsible for the overall design and build the custom elements of a project.
My role and responsibilities in current organization are
• I am responsible for Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail implementation and integration with other applications such as SAP and .NET / SharePoint based applications.
• Successful implementation of practical business solutions using industry best practices
• Document all business processes, fit/gap analysis, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and updates on progress throughout the implementation
• Work with end users (Cashiers / Store managers / HQ users / Management) to understand the business requirements and conduct gap analysis
• Configured the AP, AR, Finance, Inventory and Retail Module for according to the functional design document.
• Developed the customization as per Technical design document and performed unit test before releasing for the functional testing.

ENOC is effectively wholly owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai (“ICD”), an entity wholly owned by the Government of Dubai.
I have worked for Retail segment and provided the solution using MS Dynamics AX 2012 R2 for Finance, Inventory, SCM, Retail and projects.
My roles and responsibilities in this project are:
Worked on pre-sales and provided the technical proposal and technical solutions for the ENOC.
Worked on POC for the integration between the Oracle, Dynamics AX Retail Back office and third party POS application (NCR).
Convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents. From FDD we have designed the technical design documents.
Configured and provided the solutions for the Retail, Inventory, SCM and Finance modules.

• Emerald Jewel Industry (EJIPL) is a Jewel manufacturing company.EJIPL required major customizations on Inventory, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Production and many new functionality as per their business process. Have implemented the solution using MS Dynamics AX 2012 and MS SQL Server 2008 as a database.
• As a project Manager, my responsibilities are manage the team, prepare the project plan, maintain the costing sheet, project performance report to the senior management, provide the system architecture, security, provide the technical solution and data migration.

• MBS (Microsoft Business Solutions) is in the process of upgrading Order processing system from AX 4.0 to AX 2012. Currently MBS uses AX only for order entry and invoicing while the Inventory and Warehouse management is being handled in a different ERP.
• The solution is built on MS Dynamics AX 2012 Pre-Release product with SQL Server 2008 as the backend.
• As part of the Lotus project team, one of the task was to showcase the capabilities of AX 2012 such that AX 2012 can be used for all these activities as well, not only in MBS but also in the rest of MS India operations.
• Responsible for delivering the Proof of Concept to the internal Wipro team as well as the Microsoft team.
• Migration of all the MBS applications (.NET applications) in to MS DAX 2012 Enterprise portal. This was the huge challenge for us and we have completed the POC ontime.

TVS (TVS & Sons) project is a Migration of MS Dynamics AX 3.0 application to AX 2009, myself was responsible for the following activities.
• Project Lead for the Application Development and maintenance Team. Interacting With the client, managing the Team and allocating activities for resources.
• Analyzing the business requirements, designing according to the framework, programming for the required functionality, Customizing, Bug Fixing, Database activities and Unit testing for the same and deployment on the Application server.
• Data Migration from AX 3.0 Oracle to SQL Server 2008. I have created the SSIS packages, SQL Jobs and used customized .Net code to pull the data from AX 3.0 to AX 2009. The major challenges were Opening Balances, Open orders in all stages (not invoiced) and Inventory migration.
• Using Benchmark toolkit and Visual studio test professional tools customized the tool and tested the customized AX 2009 application
• Handled the Production environment installation & configuration and performance related issues from application side as well as database side.

ECS Management Application is a web-based platform for Distributors and Financial Advisors that centralizes data input and providing robust Portfolio and Financial Planning tool. This application is one of the most crucial elements of investment management functions. This solution is built on ASP, ASP.NET and C# and SQL Server 2000.
I worked on several projects, such as ECS office automation, life insurance and general insurance products, portfolio management, CRM application, static websites, database driven website (CMS) and other applications.
I started my career as software developer and I am responsible for the business analysis, application design, database design and programming for the required functionality. I have done FRD, DAR, BSAR and BSAD documents for all the Projects.
