• Actively collect payments from customers/defendants with unpaid invoices, including answering account queries and take responsibility for resolving disputes by engaging front and back-office teams to ensure that concerns are actioned correctly

• Initiate claims against non-paying customers, including drafting of court documents and submit documents online/offline as needed

• Represent IWG in court hearings as necessary and engage external collection agencies or lawyers to initiate high value claims.

● Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in relation to the collection of overdue
accounts, payment plans and general customer enquiries.
