• Addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring maximum network / system uptime through proactively identifying and rectifying problems pertaining to network administrations.
• Configuration, Mounting & Cabling of Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Zone Directors
• Provide support to customers, vendors, and internal staff and at remote locations including extensive travel as needed.
• Decentralized/Remote Project/Operational sites technical setup and full transitional operational management both network related and overall for various projects across the country.
Configuring and troubleshooting:
o Deploying and configuring various project and tasks-Configuration &Firmware Updates
o LAN and WAN, routing and Switching of Small to large scale networks.
o Manage 100+ L2/L3 Switches from Different Vendors in whole Interactive Group’s Enterprise Network
o Networks Layer 2 Layer 3 Troubleshooting and providing support in local or remote sites
o VLAN spanning from access to core layer
o Network Monitoring using Solar winds NMS.
o Site to site and Remote access VPNs
o Servers (Dell 2960, HP DL Series)
o Backups and Recovery of network Configurations.
• Monitor and updated regarding Mobilink Sites using
Motorola and Huawei NMS
• Maintain Records of Sites Status, Refelling, UPS
• Responsible for Maintaining IP Network of NOC &
Provide Technical Support.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating
systems, application software and system
management tools.
• Resolved various critical issues regarding tickets
raised from clients.
• Manage, monitor and troubleshoot hardware problem of all installed systems and network infrastructure. (Printers, Scanners, Switches, Systems, Wireless).
• Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, Browser
configurations, firewalls, Email issues and TCP/IP
issues.
