- Responsible for Eastern Province retail and food stores
- Responsible to ensure effective and consistent practices and customer service
- To conduct regular visit to the store for observation and coaching
- To build and develop good relationship with internal customers
- To ensure high level of customer satisfaction on store level and operational level
- Conducting customer service training in classroom and in stores
- Review service performance reports and prepare action plans to improve service
- Communicate with brands teams through regular reports and formal meetings
- Work on projects to deliver the best practices and to develop our service levels
Perform all activities within the measurement center
Interview and recruit potential candidates for the mystery shopping program
Conduct orientation for mystery shoppers
Train mystery shoppers on standards
Manage mystery shoppers
Arrange mystery shoppers schedules and follow up in a daily basis
Check, verify, and accept mystery shoppers visits uploaded in the system
Respond to feedback
Prepare payment documents for mystery shoppers
Create and communicate reports
Carry out relevant research as required and directed by line manager
Promote Alshaya's vision and values
Responsible for purchase orders and vehicles' item creation.
Responsible for daily sales reports.
