Entering customer's data into system, responding my supervisor emails and managers, updating database and following up the cases in credit with customer service, preparing daily report to our team leader, send and receive mails daily work from and to credit, and telephone manners.
Create file for each case, updating the case in system, following up the cases with lawyers, coordinate meeting between lawyers and clients and replay emails to managers and lawyers.
