Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Assists in Payroll Activities such as recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records and calculating payrolls by Manually & ERP-Insight Integrated Solution.
• Monitors wage and hour issues to remain in compliance
• Supervises the maintenance of the Employee Information System.
• Responsible for payroll adjustment and responds to complaints of several clients.
• Partners with Benefits Team in maintaining benefits interface with payroll.
• To Administrate HRIS/Payroll System.
• Responsible for providing end to end HR support to all divisions.
• Design, implementation & communication of HR Payroll Policies and Procedures.
• Prepared Action Plan - Strategy & System for implementing Payroll Activities by ERP
• Conducts, along with other HR Generalist, e.g. Employment Benefits, Leave Administration etc.
• Handling Leave Administration and Grievance for corporate (Industrial) employees
• Evaluates the effectiveness of Payroll sessions and programs for the purpose of determining whether changes need to be made to ensure appropriate skills development.
• Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. Payroll Procedure, regulatory requirements Statutory Compliances, etc.) for the purpose of developing Payroll Process.
