Ranhill Worley, Malaysia. Working on Shell Rosmari and Marjoram gas fields FEED development project. ( OGP1)
The RM produced fluids will be separated and processed onshore in a new multi-trains Onshore Gas Plant (OGP) constructed adjacent to the MLNG facility. Gas from RM will be sweetened in OGP process Train 1 (OGP-T1) and sent to MLNG with the Sulphur by-product sent to Bintulu port for export. Condensate will be partly stabilized and sent to the nearby Bintulu Condensate Stabilization (BSTAB) facility for processing.
The integrated facility will have a total capacity of 1.8 Bscfd and will be developed in two phases namely Phase 1 and Phase 2. The blended production stream from TL-8 will be routed to OGP train 1 (OGP-T1) which will have a capacity of 800MMscfd and be capable of processing up to 6.5% CO2 and a H2S content in the range 2500-7500 ppm. The OGP-T1 scope consists of inlet receiving facilities, compression, gas mercury
removal, gas sweetening to meet sales specification (Acid Gas Removal Unit (AGRU), Acid Gas Enrichment (AGEU), Sulphur Recovery Systems (SRU)), fiscal metering for gas and condensate, utilities system, pigging facilities, MEG storage and regeneration system and Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) scope (onshore pipelines and other infrastructures). Sulphur will be produced as by-product and it is envisaged that this will be processed within OGP and transported to the nearby Bintulu port for sale and export. Phase 1 will include pre-investment common facilities to accommodate future processing trains.
Worley, Malaysia scope is to prepare detailed FEED for EPC Bidding.
