Strategy
• Collaborate in business and strategy planning, establish budgets & goals, and set short and long term growth targets.
• Deliver market penetration strategy for target markets backed up by market analysis and segmentation reports.
Business Development
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities resulting in an active pipeline and a high rate of closed deals.
• Perform constant industry research and analysis in an effort to identify strategic target markets based on high margin offerings.
• Maintain communication with management to ensure sales and marketing efforts align with business goals.

Operations
• Plan & direct internal operations to achieve budgeted sales and report to CEO - APAC.
• Own business performance and local transformation programs for the Business Unit (Mining, Energy and Sugar).
• Drive Customer centric operations, Innovation, Organisational Learning, Lean concept, and Priofit.
• Work closely with the in-house teams to provide innovative solutions Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) and Digitalization
Solutions for the customers in the Asia Pacific Region.
• Execute commercial strategies and attainment of objectives in terms of revenues and market share.
• Develop positive direct relationships with key business contacts to present and win business.
• Develop and implement organization structure and charts, and manage MIS.
• Lead change in the communication culture, mediate across departments, clearly define goals and conduct weekly reviews.
• Oversee marketing & sales operations including customer engagement, proposals, negotiations, deal structuring & sales delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategy in order to sustain the strategy impact on overall performance of business
• Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities.
• Ensure that all staff receives an orientation to the organization and that appropriate training is provided.
• Implement a performance management process for all staff which includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going
basis and conducting an annual performance review. Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance.

Innovation Cluster (NAMIC), thyssenkrupp Singapore to supply additive manufacturing solutions globaly from Singapore.

• Playing active role in building world's largest Stacker/Reclaimer in Australia having capacity to handle 20, 000 TPH of Iron Ore.
• Improving cost competiveness through localisation, fostering local partnerships and cost effective sourcing.
• Implementing Lean organisation through employee and infrastructure sharing between various thyssenkrupp organisations.
• Anchored marketing and business development of Mining (Mining, Minerals Processing, Material Handling) and energy vertical.
