Order Fulfillment for Enterprise Account - Tier 1 US Telco
PIM manages the implementation of new external clients into the AT&T Managed Network Services by establishing initial contact with the client once the service is sold; creating a project schedule to meet contractual requirements & customer needs; compiling the AT&T resources required to support the project; and negotiating implementation schedules with the internal and the external resources and suppliers.
Works directly with multiple small to large clients of moderate complexity to plan work activities required to support implementation projects & on-going client requests. Negotiates due dates with client and anticipates, understands, and interprets needs. Makes decisions that impact the immediate department function, including (but not limited to) project schedules, customer elements and expenditures.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Implementation of new external Customers into the client Managed Network Services.
• Accountable for implementation of LAN for managed Customers which includes implementing and billing as per contract specifications.
• Project Planning & Scheduling: Creating a project schedule to meet contractual requirements & customer needs and negotiating implementation schedules with the internal and the external resources and suppliers.
• Resource Allocation: Allocation of resources for a cut over. (L2/ Network Engineer)
• Utilize and update management databases in conjunction with the provisioning process.
• Interaction with the stakeholders before change upgrade and implementation of LAN/WAN networking devices.
• Order management: Tracking the shipment of the network devices
• Responsible for managing the project workflow end to end and ensuring all deliverables are met at every stage of the workflow, on time.
• Review/monitor project status on a regular basis.

End to End Infrastucture Delivery :-
As Delivery Manager we need to manage the purchase, build, testing and implementation of new Production/Development/Performance server required by BT users and developers.
It requires delivery manager’s involvement with multiple teams such as vendors/suppliers(HP/BT internal for hardware), Release management team, development team, Testing team, Datacenter team and application support team.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Service Srategy:- As delivery manager was involveved in purchasing of the hardware by intercating and taking quotation form supplier/vendor of h/w.
Involved in dissucion with architeture and designer in finalising the H/w, software and the design needed for implementation and understanding Business impacts and risk involved.
• Service Design:- As delivery manager was actively participated in understanding the availabilty, capacity requirement of the project and business continuity planning in case of disaster .
• Service Transition :- As delivery manager was actively involved in interacting with the release management team in order to take the downtime approval.
Involved with configuration management team in order to get the server build and configured.
Actively participated with testing team in getting the developed changes tested .
Involved with application support team of server to get the deployment plan created and even raising the change for production server implementation.

Roles & responsibilities:
• Service Operation:-As a senior software engineer, done development of the java connector code, this helps in puting data from XML sent by the PMF team upstream system and stores it in Oracle database.
• Worked on web services to develop the code and Managing web server web logic 8 for deployment of java connector code, monitoring there logs in case of error.
• Deployment of applications on application server and before that testing on staging server.Handled defects raised against the development.
• Developed module to monitor and automate various components to carry out the business logic.
• Skill Set used:
• Developed procedure and queries to retrieve information using : Oracle9i, Java, Webservices, JaXP.

Genpact Pvt Ltd - Nov 2005 to Dec 2009
Designation: Java/Oracle/Calrify application support
As a application support was actively involved in deployment and fix the error and warnings on production server.Involved with first line support for technical issues related to h/w and s/w used by Federal mogul users.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Service Operation:- Used Clarify CRM- Amdocs product for creating business rules using CBO objects. And Used MS SQL 2000 database for relevant information and also modifying it.
• Used PL/SQL with Oracle backend to upgrade web-based product list of applications .Used JavaScript and JSP with Oracle backend to develop and maintain web-based management of any modification on site.Created Database Trigger, Stored Procedures, View, Sequence and packages to enhance the design.
• Remote Technical Support for Federal Mogul (an automobile parts company) .Worked on Mainframe applications like AS400, LPAR1, LPAR2, SAP (With Admin privileges) and Oracle.Active support and troubleshooting with Lotus
• Skill Set Used:-(Client end - includes Admin work).Virtual Private Network (VPN) troubleshooting and RSA ACE Server. Trained new joinees.
