Lead the delivery (time, cost, quality) of the Contracts
Liaising with the Client/Contractor to ensure requirements are being met, through the concerned point of contact within the PMC
team.
Co-ordinate the activities of the PMC Team
Co-ordinate on quality matters, with the quality team members and detected deficiencies.
Co-ordinate with the quality team to undertake quality audits.
Ensure that documented procedures are adhered to and records are maintained as per the Contract requirements.
