Procurement- Duties and Responsibilities
•Check and approve the materials requirement based on approved budget.
•Forecast the upcoming market trends, make procurement plan and set procurement budget for the entire project.
•Manage procurement team to float RFQ to suppliers and subcontractors, check and approve comparative study statement of quotations, select suppliers and subcontractors based on set criteria.
•Oversee the negotiation process of procurement team, conduct final negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors to get the best service and products as per requirements and set budget.
•Get final approvals from the higher management to execute procurement and submit the pre-set budget to the finance department for their planning.
•Conduct frequent meetings with procurement and project team to ensure the process meet the deadlines.
•Ensure the products and services are in line with our requirements meet the specifications.
•Conduct budget wise analysis of procurement throughout and at the end of every project, submit report to higher management.
•Meet with suppliers and subcontractors to settle the disputes if any, to keep and maintain healthy relationship with them.
•Search and identify new vendors to ensure best products and services and keep healthy relationship with them
•Monitor the supplier payments to ensure the best future services.
•Attend Tender meetings and provide active back support to tendering team to prepare competitive offers to clients. Business Development-Duties and Responsibilities
•Create development plans, forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
•Setting up goals for sales team members and develop strategies to meet the same
•Identify market trends and client needs, search and develop new products as per client requirement.
•Search, identify and develop new business opportunities and select deals in line with set strategies
•Make competitive offers to client, follow up and conduct meetings with them to clarify their queries.
•Managing the entire projects by coordinating with clients and internal project management team, till the successful completion of the project.
•Keep regular contact with potential clients to maintain healthy and warm relationship with them.
•Attending exhibitions conducted by the suppliers and meet with clients to introduce new products and services.
•Prepare, submit Sales and project Reports to management at the end of every month.
•Develop, keep client's data base and maintain warm and healthy relationship with them through frequent communications.
•Oversee billing procedures, timely submission of the same and assist finance department to get client payments on time.
